Accommodation comprises of single rooms, most of which have ensuite facilities, and each equipped with nurse call buttons and TV points. Telephone sockets are also installed so that pay phones may be used in bedrooms. Each room has a bedside table, chest of drawers and a wardrobe, however residents are welcome to bring their own furnishings and personal items subject to them conforming with health and safety regulations. Outside each room is a memory box, where families are encouraged to place, photographs and other memorabilia that tell the story of that residents life. This helps residents to identify their room and reminds visitors and staff of their lifelong accomplishments/activities.

Visitors are always welcome, and families are actively encouraged to take part in residents care routines. There is a separate lounge for visitor’s families if they wish to have privacy. Alternatively, visiting can take place in any of the comfortable reception rooms.
